Today was a new experience for me, 1st time cat Mom, and 1st time Vet appointment for my 1 and a 1/2 year old cat since she's been with us. 1st due to covid-19 the process of dropping her off and getting her was made very easy. Everybody was so unbelievably kind and gracious during our difficult time. They were so gentle with Hugo AND with us while putting him down. We couldn’t have been at a better place. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!
We have been clients at Glenpark forever. The staff is amazing, kind, compassionate, everything they should be. Yesterday we had to say goodbye sooner than we planned to our old man cat, Charlie. These wonderful people let us sit and talk it through in a private room while we made our decision to let him go. They were patient with us, and never once made us feel rushed and made the most difficult option as compassionate as it could be, for both humans and cat alike. Thank you Dr. O’Brien for helping us through this.
My dog recently developed a tumor on his foot, and they got me an appointment very quickly to see the vet. The staff is wonderful, always very nice, courteous, and professional. All of the staff I encountered was wonderful with my dog. He recently had surgery to have the tumor removed, and they've been excellent with checking in on him and answering all of my questions and concerns. So glad I chose this vet.
They are super caring. Bentley LOVES Dr. O’Brien.
I love the staff! They are so nice and informative! I can’t imagine taking my skunk and dog anywhere else!
