Traveling solo as a lady, there were a few things of discomfort for me about safety initially. Personally I’m not a fan of hotels where the walking by public can see you come and go. And then to add to that layout, on the outside of the door, it says “vacant” or “in use”. It will only say “in use” when you are inside and have the deadbolt locked. I don’t like it saying “vacant” if I still have my belongings in there but am out exploring the town. Customer service was great. I didn’t hear the construction until 8am. Not loud ... read more

Convenient to restaurants - Rosi's next door is great, others are nearby. Room arrangement is somewhat awkward. Windows either wouldn't open (broken or missing latches and crank) or were very very small - thus effectively no cross-ventilation if you didn't want to use the AC. Unbelievably heavy blankets - good in mid-winter, but not so in spring.

Clean, Great Location Staff was extremely helpful in helping us find things to do in town, and the room was very clean and nice - exactly as pictured.

We enjoyed our stay since it was a 3 day two night. We were close to the hot springs and the Glenwood Caverns Adventure Park. The beds were not to comfortable. We also had ants In the bathroom and in our trash can. Overall it was a nice short trip to celebrate my birthday.
