Rooms were nice. Was a few people above my room that had the TV on very loud until 2 am. Was hard to get ahold of hotel staff after 12. The next day was better. Location was across the street from a good Mexican restaurant. Good food and great service. You could tell it was a favorite with the locals.

They're trying their best with a old motel design Cons: Guest services: On check out, we inadvertently left our Kindle. They found it, but they didn't call us about it. Why Not? They had our phone number. Location: Glenwood Hot Springs. It's the only reason we go to Glenwood Springs. And, Aspen is a short 40 minute drive away. Overall, our experience was OK - nothing great, but nothing exceptionally disappointing either (except the price). No frills motel. Best thing about this place is proximity to Iron Mountain hot springs and the little Bavarian restaurant. Also, the rooms have a nice area where you can store all your luggage and ski gear.

Great Budget Hotel The service was great. They managed to get us into 2 rooms a few hours before check-in time which was really convenient. Right next to hot springs and a great budget hotel! Room was clean and much larger than expected.

Nice & cozy I was traveling to Colorado from Idaho for a funeral. Hotel was in the perfect location, very nice staff & overall comfortable to stay in. I'd come here again.
