Arrived from the train station and immediately upon calling, someone came by to pick us up and take us to the inn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had a great view and the beds were comfortable and great to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. So conveniently located walking distance to downtown and to local restaurants. WiFi was very good. The continental breakfast was plentiful and good. We were then taken back to the train station for our return trip to Denver. Very enjoyable stay.
Wonderful little hotel in Glenwood Springs Exceptionally comfortable bed. Both a small table with chairs for an in room meal. Separate computer desk with lighting and an office chair. Nice updates for an older hotel. Only outdated item was the room key was an actual key, and you need to be certain that the room is locked when you leave. Wonderful breakfast/pastry shop across the parking lot. Traveling through on business but a great place to stop and get soak in the hot springs.
Convenient and Cheap Hotel The stay was alright. It was very short. They were not willing to move the move in time earlier at all and that was a little frustrating

Hotel profile says they have a computer room they do not. This was a problem I have business to conduct. Ariel is very congested with traffic roads were not well lit for walking I would not walk anywhere. Glenwood Springs was not as what I envisioned or described on TripAdvisor
Pricey given age of property.
Very clean and convienient! The room was very clean without the usual air fresheners to mask the odor! Since the hot springs pool lost a lot of parking due to construction it was a nice surprise to find the free pool shuttle directly across the street. The channel guide showed about 20 channels available on the TV there was only about 6 available. Overall pleased with the hotel.
It is very close to the Hot Springs and to downtown.
