The check in person was not very helpful. They put me in a sub standard room, different from the other rooms that I usually stay in when I stay here. The bathroom fan was loud. The property was noisy. Many of the TV channels didn't work.

Breakfast menu was not that great and the lady in charge of it was rude
Terrible. The room was dirty. The door was unfinished. The room was filled with mottos that were getting in through the unfinished door. The cover had a booger on it. We left and didn’t spend the night

Horrific stay. Place has bed bugs and the staff were rude when bites were reported and my husband actually had a bed bug on him. Avoid at all costs! They also refused to give us our phone back when it was left there. They later made us pay to ship it. Worst experience I've ever had at a hotel or with customer service.

Amenities are lacking. Rooms were freezing when we checked in. There were hairs on our beds sheets, not sure how often they wash out the sheets. And for the price of $200 a night. I have stayed in luxury hotels for that price.
