Thin walls, NOISY!! Room itself wasn't bad. But very thin walls...noisy. I was on ground floor and every squeak from room above was audible. Also NO elevators.
GSI: Oct 2014 There is major construction happening in the parking lot. We were placed directly in front of the excavator vehicle's current swath. I complained the next morning and the proprietor (a nice woman) moved us for the next night to a room more protected from the racket which I appreciated. The rooms are clean and cozy. I feel we should have been forewarned, and without that, offered a discount. okay it looked shabby on the outside but had comfortable beds.
Parking lot under construction. No place to park. No place to park due to equipment trailers, stacks of rebar and heavy equipment. Outdated rooms (50s) Didnt stay, and would not refund charge.

Disappointing staff The hotel is well located and the rooms are nice. I asked for a non-smoking room. As soon as I walked in the room I could tell there had been smoke in the room. When I spoke to the front desk they said, 'Sorry. The homeowners behind your room smoke and it makes a smoke smell'. There was a 'vacancy' sign outside the hotel and I was not offered another room. For breakfast we were served on a dirty fold up table that had grass and ground dirt on it.
Okay Decent hotel for the price.
Bait and switch I arrived at the hotel pretty tired with my friends. We ordered an adjoining room with one queen bed in each room. I specifically asked hotels.com for this set up. When we arrived at the hotel, the clerk was very confused about my original request. She only had two adjoining rooms with two queen beds in each room. These rooms were $20.00 more apiece. Pros: The location was convenient (in town, close to everything.) The staff was helpful, and the self-help breakfast in the lobby was good. Cons: Room service and organization. Location: Within walking distance of town (restaurant row and shopping), gondolas to amusement park, hot springs pool, very close to I-70.
