The front desk gal was very nice. When we saw our room, I was disappointed. The two chairs were stained & dirty, there were no plugs on my side of the bed, so I had to plug in my phone across the room. The people above us & next door were very loud & it was hard to sleep. We had stayed here before & the room then was nice but not the one we got this time. The Mexican restaurant across the street was very good.

You cant ask for a better location up in glennwood whenever i have to travel for work i love staying here. Bonus points for breakfast
Wonderful
I didn’t like the Worn out and old towels! Spent only 8 hours there to crash. Checked in late and left early. I called the staff letting them know I’m checking in after midnight and where to find my keys. They were super nice and accommodating.
Clean hotel close to town. Great place to stay.
Basic, but very clean & very friendly staff. Nice close location to the downtown area and Glenwood Springs attractions.
I selected Glennwood Springs Inn based on the positive reviews, and I'm happy to add my support. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. the step-in shower worked well and was clean. My room appeared to have been recently remodeled. I'll definitely come back again.
