Beds comfy, breakfast decent
The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The heater worked well. Bathroom was clean. Location was great. Breakfast was simple and excellent. I smashed hard boiled eggs and ate them on a toasted bagel with cream cheese, and had activa yogurt and fruit. There was also cereal and waffles which they helped you make. And free parking. It was a basic motel yet had everything we needed. There was a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. I would have liked a coffee pot and a safety deposit box.

Excellent non chain place to stay. Very reasonably priced, very clean and nicely appointed. Only negative is noon room coffee.
I know that the hotel on google was only rated a 2.2 star motel but this is the nicest motel I’ve EVER stayed at. It was reasonably priced, it’s super clean, the location is super convenient to down town and the hwy. 10/10 recommend
Great staff and nice room
Overall - great location, easy to walk to Hot Springs or downtown. Clean, quiet, parking was fine.
