Room was clean. Staff was kind and responsive. Parking and access was easy. Within walking distance of everything in Glenwood Springs. We have stayed before and will again.

The clerk is very nice, she let us leave the suitcases in her office because our check in was at 4:00 pm and we got there at 11:30 am so we had the chance to go and enjoy the city while our luggage was safe and very well taking care of. La recepcionista es muy amable, nos dejó dejar las maletas en su oficina porque nuestro check in fue a las 4:00 pm y llegamos a las 11:30 am así que tuvimos la oportunidad de ir a disfrutar de la ciudad mientras nuestro equipaje estaba seguro y muy bien cuidado.
