I've had limited time with it, but the phone system seems to work well. A real competitor to Cisco products. I'm happy to have a texting feature with RingCentral.

I've had RingCentral for my business and home phones. It has provided me with all I need for phone service, including a fax line and video conferencing. I have found the video conferencing very easy to use and participants don't have to download any software and have very little trouble connecting. Since I do private online education for embroidery digitizing, it is great that both I and my participants can share our screen as necessary. Great APP ...we use for business. Ability to set up groups, and communicate video or chat is superb. One other feature I really like is the bookmark ability so you have it for a quick reference anytime (wish it allowed you to categorize it as it would be easier to find topics)
