While this app has made great improvements over the past few versions, it still needs some more. Notifications for messages still seems off. I have everything set to always notify, but if I don't leave the app and I simply lock my phone, I don't get any notifications. Also, there are times where I'll hear my iPad ding and my phone never does; even if I left the app. The keyboard not scrolling to the bottom of a message when it pops up is annoying. And contacts I import online still don't show.

Fax? I cannot find the fax function in this app.

Over all it is quite good use, but i wasn't able to do a conference call in the mobile application. If you could help us to resolve this that would be great.
