About this business
It is so handy to not have to run to my desk to answer a call. However, the screen stays on / lit up while I'm on a call. So, my cheek opens up other apps. I've even opened up Amazon music & played songs during a call by accident. This also makes it difficult to hangup the call since I can't just press end when I'm done, but rather need to toggle back to the RC app. When I'm on my "regular" cell phone app, that app blacks out the screen and doesn't open up other apps during the call.
