only thing that could be better is, when on a RC call, if I get an incoming call on Viber, RC does not hold the ongoing call, but keeps it open, so I had situations where I could hear both calls at once

Updated review 3/4/22, recent update seems to have helped. Calls ring in app but when you answer, 4/5ths of them won't connect and it sends the customer to voicemail. Notifications don't pop up on my phone most if the time. All of this started about 2 months ago. Plenty of reviews stating the exact same issue. They say to report it in the app. I've filed 2 reports and have not heard anything back. Problem persists after going through settings, reinstalling app, and on other devices as well.

The mobile app works when it wants. Even though my text notifications say to "play sound", it doesn't. Sometimes my texts don't even go through or they are sent out of order. The doesn't ring but all of a sudden, I have a missed call. Sometimes it doesn't let me answer a call. My contacts don't always save. I rely on the contact info because I document conversations in the "Notes" portion. I'm a recruiter so this app is my form of communication 24/7.

pretty good. just buggy when you have both of app and mobile app. when a call cones through the phone will continue to ring even once answered. other than that great
