Glo tanning is literally turning away money and business. I came to this location as a new customer to get a spray tan and was told I needed an hour to create a profile, take a tour, and review memberships. Mind blowing to me that you cannot allow someone to walk in and get a one time spray tan without having a full hour to dedicate to it. I left and went to palm beach tan. I'm on my lunch break on a Friday and do not have time to waste .

Terrible inexperienced employees. I tried a spray tan and it only sprayed once out of the four times it was supposed to spray. The employees have no clue what they are doing. Also a shady company because I had bought sessions that they said would not expire and then all of a sudden they cheated me out of my sessions that I had paid for and said they expired. Crooked people.
If I could give 0 stars I would the manager is so rude and unprofessional I've seen her verbally attack and threaten to physically attack people AVA needs fired she is a total Karen it's actually shocking I witnessed a girl be verbally abused and threatened to be physically assaulted the police were called and a report was filed I'm also calling corporate and have given the girl my number to be a witness if the police or her want to take it any further she was so appalling I am still shook up by it no manager should threaten... read more
I went to use hydration bed and stand up tan today. The hydration bed shuts down 10 minutes in due to warning on screen of low water. Get out of bed to go to notify customer assistant but there is no towel, or robe in room. After putting clothes on over soaked body I just decided to leave. It's the little things that make a luxury experience. They missed the mark today.
