By far my favorite place I’ve tanned at!
You pay $110 a month to be able to use every bed and spa service they have and there’s always two or more of the beds or spa service out of order. They have a very good staff but the facility it’s not managed very well.
You can’t cancel your membership at the store. They give you a phone number to call but you can never get through and they won’t call you back.
Individual working was Rude, Blueberry still isn’t working just the whole environment of the store
It's official. This place is not properly ran. Shawnee location is great, however the Dell citu is horrible. I keep trying to give them a chance but it's horrible I will be looking for another a tanning salon..
So, after being charged over $110 dollars after the $70 whatever for a membership, going in probably a grand total of 14 different days combined in a month and having their system be down, with NO compensation, "upper management" cancels my membership with no warning or explanation. The only tool I have to my name is to tell my experience on social media because their guest services call center doesn't DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU.
