So first let me say this place is a lot more than just tanning. They have skin wellness pods that use vitamin infused steam to envelop your body at a high heat with mild vibration in the bed and it can burn up to 300 cal and it's part of their weight management program. They also have another pod with various lights in it and a section that goes over the face kind of like those face masks with the red light in it that you see today that are very popular. I am so happy I chose to get a membership here! They have amazing service options to choose from. I went with the spray tan & red light therapy today. I especially like the red light therapy booth because it has a built in vibration plate. Vernise, the rep working, was incredibly helpful & sweet. Thank you!!

I love this place and the location. Today I went and there was only one girl working and working so hard. It was busy. I've been going almost two months and almost every week the staff is new. It was so busy today and took so long because this sweet girl was doing it all. She is the only girl I've see. Consistently over the last few weeks. Everyone I see outside of her is always new. Please get it together. Your location is great.

Glo Tan is great! But this location is terrible! They never have it staffed appropriately! I am not saying the staff is bad, the management is bad! I have been going here for a couple of weeks and there has been 2 nights that I have come and had to wait 20 minutes. Not for a bed but for the only one person working to figure out how to clean beds then get the 6 people waiting into room. So ridiculous!! If you can't staff a salon, the owner/manager needs to be there! Don't own a salon if you cannot staff it!! Do better!!

Today, my friend and I went to Glow Tan Salon, and the experience was disappointing. There was nobody else in the store, yet the staff--who were young and rude--took forever to get us into a tanning bed. On top of that, the spray tan machine was out of solution which added additional time to our visit. Lack of diligence and cleanliness definitely needs more attention. For a salon that wasn't even busy, the service was slow and unprofessional. This location needs better staff training and customer service.
