I was pleasantly surprised by the staff and the establishment. I had previously used the location on Leetsdale and it was well... interesting. The other location I was always waiting while the team at the front chatted amongst themselves. I walked in yesterday just needing a single tan. Love, love, love this place. I went ahead and did a full tanning Experience today. I went ahead and did the red light and collagen treatment for your face and then that had a massaging chair which was amazing and definitely worth a try! I also did the lay down bed for 12 minutes afterwards that also had the red light in it and felt amazing as it mists water and also gives you air so you are not too hot! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced! Ive tried to cancel my membership for over a year and continue to be charged. Im told my membership cannot be cancelled in person at your studio, but no one answers your phones or responds to email... at what point is this credit card fraud????
