I came in for my free service this weekend and I was forced into buying a $77 bronzer instead of getting the samples like everyone else and I already have a bottle of the bronzer. The girl was not taking no for an answer and I'm pissed off. I also have waited over 45 mins to get into one of the sun beds and everyone that has come in after me has gone before me. I have been going to this salon for over a year with no problems, the last 2 times I have been there has been unsatisfactory! The first time, I was told it would be 5 minutes, after 15 minutes went by, I went to the front desk and they had forgotten I was there! Today I went in and was told it would be about 10 minutes and what bed I needed to be in, but they were all full. There were other beds available. DO NOT GO HERE. I canceled my 3 month membership in plenty of time - they confirmed this yet they continue to charge me - going on over 3 weeks trying to get my money back!

Don't get this membership if you want to use it to spray tan. I have been three times in two weeks and each time the machine stops halfway through. I have gotten a singular successful spray tan this month with my $80/month membership. I don't understand why this company offers spray tanning if their machines do not work. I have had a tanning membership for 10 years at different spray tan companies (that were cheaper!) and have NEVER had this problem. If you can't maintain your machines, you should not offer it. You cannot get services without a photo ID - period. Even if you pay in cash. It looked like a great place. I was disappointed that I was unable to use their facility due to not having my ID.

The beds are good but walking into the South OKC location is like walking onto a used car lot. The same girl pressure sells you on overpriced products. When I signed up I was told I could cancel any month before the 20th but today was told I had to wait three months. I would rather drive further, pay less, and a relaxing tanning experience.

This place needs to understand busy days and times. I have been waiting for 15 minutes and already came once today. One person cannot take care of a busy Saturday.

The owner of the place is an douche bag & all they care about is pushing their staff too sell product 24/7. Their skin wellness & cocoon are disgusting & do not get cleaned very well. Rivera or @ the beach is a way better place to go relax & tan, oh & their red light therapy is a joke & all the products they try to push along w/it.

Be careful when signing up. They're horrible about explaining their membership options, I signed a contract but was not given a copy or an email with the contract info. I was charged for an additional month because I didn't know I had to cancel by the 20th of the month. I asked them to please reverse the charges because of this, and they refuse! NO customer service, I'm not the only one to have experienced this, it's happened to a few others too. BE AWARE!
