I've been using this salon for about 9 months or so. There is a different salon closer, but I chose Hollywood Tans because they had better deals. I was so glad I did! They are worth the 10 minute drive from Arnold. The salon is so clean and bright and the girls are so friendly. I love their convenience bar and have used many pony tail holders because I always forget them! They have so many beds and plans and options. They've had awesome deals throughout this winter. I love them a lot!

Deceitful business practice.... I only wanted 3 tans, girl running the place says it be cheaper to do a monthly plan of $70 compared to buying three individual tans. Sounds simple enough, expensive for 3 tans but simple, $70 for the month. I was billed $70, then another $79 12 days later. Would not refund me as they said I was prorated for first month and included a $30 membership fee that I was never told about. SHADY.....!!

Everyone's been nice, but didn't realize when I paid for a year I couldn't cancel when needed. And with my health and my husband retiring in May it's money lost. I recommend paying as you go due to this.

Beware and stay away. I moved 500 miles away and they wanted me to come in person to cancel even after I offered to do it by email or fax. I do legitimate contracts daily via online but its not good enough for this company. However they did allow a complete stranger who isn't me to come in and sign their name to my cancellation. This is the proof of the attempted fraud. They don't care who signs the cancellations, they just want to force you to come in because if I didn't have someone who could do it, I would be paying for a... read more

This monthly membership program cancellation policy is bogus. How is it that you can fax a signature and it's usable in a court of law, but there is nowhere online that you can find the form to cancel your membership and then fax it in to them? Or have them email it to you, so you can sign, scan and then email it back?? Gyms do the same thing. It's such BS!

Good service when you're there from the employees who are nice but the manager is very rude and argumentative. I had a membership that I tried to cancel because I moved to Virginia but they refused to cancel because I wasn't there in person even though the manager had previously told me that asking to cancel would be fine. She had even told me that she had cancelled but when I called back later to make sure she laughed at me and said "uh like no you uh like signed a paper and I uh like don't care what I said I'm not letting ... read more
