Took at least 30 minutes just to get started both times I went, had to pay $10 more for a spray tan that I could wash off the same day (otherwise you can't shower for 24 hours), I got almost no noticeable result even with the darkest tan (except on my face- that was extremely dark), and they continued charging me even after I cancelled my membership. I definitely don't recommend.
They were trying to get my to get a membership that I had already had, then canceled it because I didn't like the amount it was charging me a month. I had told them no thank you and they kept nudging me with saying yes after 10 times of saying no

I went in for the free 1 session and sign up for 3 months of just one time a month. So I thought. They charged me for the luxe package without my knowledge and the customer service line...nobody ever answers it! Had to call my bank to get refunded. This was my first experience with a tanning salon.

The tanning beds are all that is good about this place. I went in March to prepay for 3 months of tanning. I advised the front desk I only wanted 3 months & nothing beyond. They said I would need to call guest services not only for that but to also have them apply a $10 coupon. I have spoken with guest services 3x since I was debited again after 3 months. My husband went in for a spray tan and it took over 40 min just to get in. And when you call their number we were told (and even while he was waiting) that there was no wait. I understand it takes a few min to put him in the system, but 40+ min is ridiculous!
I went to tan here to try it out and get a base tan before I go to Florida. I tan very easily and did a bronzer bed. I got zero results from this bed so I called customer service to let them know that I wasn't happy with the results. They told me I needed to buy lotion. No thanks
I have been coming to this salon prior to it even being glo just because it is close to my home. Today I canceled my membership. I hate paying for horrible customer service And refuse to do it anymore. For the 3rd time in less than a month I went in to tan. When I got there there were 13 people waiting on beds.
