Obviously if you go at 5:00 in the evening you're gunna be waiting awhile, doesn't matter what salon you go to. Waiting can suck sometimes but that's because they're popular...You can't beat unlimited tanning, spray tans, and red light plus other spa beds for that price. The employees are all so sweet and always smiling, I love this place. They even have massage chairs in the waiting rooms so no complaints from me! Like y'all aren't gunna just sit at home on your phones anyways.

I honestly would have given 5 stars, but it's so busy there that the wait time is anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours for a session. As the demand grows, may so should the location. The beds are cleaned between each person and the staff is friendly even when overwhelmed.

I'm shocked this store has such bad reviews! I LOVE Glo. I haven't been a member long but each time I come in the employees give me a warm welcome and are so helpful. I've been using the poly (a red light service they offer) on my face for a few weeks and it is glowing!!

THE BEST AND MOST UPDATED TANNING BEDS!!!! Amazing spray booths with many choices of color to choose from!!!! The staff are educated and friendly and so helpful!!!!!

ZERO star shitty shitty got charge twice one month canceled that month confirmed with a manger my account was canceled and still got charge for the next month!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

So overall my experience with glo is good and bad. But overall I found when I went to use the beds there was usually quite a wait so I switched to spray and it felt like there was always one down and sometimes two so after the completion of my contract I cancelled. THEN they continued to charge me every month even though I cancelled and spoke to customer service over the phone. The wait time is beyond ridiculous! The manager is so rude and she is the worst person I have ever had to deal with, she said "and" when I said my bed was dirty and hadn't been cleaned yet when she put me in the bed. She is awful! They need new management and more beds! They need a manager who cares that the beds aren't clean! They use the same nasty wet sweat rag to clean every bed over and over, never getting a new rag. So all the sweat from each bed is on that same rag! So not sanitary at all and beyond disgusting!

Shocked to say the least... I have been a member for months and have always enjoyed the experience and the employees. It wasn't until recently they got a new staff member Kristen and it has not been pleasant. I felt so Unwelcomed and rushed. Horrible people skills.
