All of the girls working at Glo Tanning in Spfld. know everything about the services and products! They acknowledge everyone when they come in the door and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I'm very impressed with their high quality of knowledge and friendly customer service with a smile every time! And the tanning and spa services, wow! So I joined Glo tanning about a year ago and went a few times, haven’t been back since November, forgot to cancel membership. Tried to call and cancel today but they tried to process my payment before my check deposited. When I called they said I had to make a payment before they will cancel. PAY FOR SERVICES I HAVE NOT USED IN 6 MOMTHS! WTF! Never going back!
