The perfect tan in one day is where its at! I don't have to go several times a week to get my desired look! I just go once a week and get the perfect tan in one day! How great is that!

I want to give kudos to employee that works there Glo tanning her name is Tinsley . I hope I said her name correctly. She went above and beyond . I came in to go tanning and there was nobody else in there. I don't like to hold people up so I thought it was a good time to ask questions about the spa beds. Tinsley was more than willing to answer every one of my questions. I have nothing but an excellent experience at Glo! The staff is absolutely wonderful. They're all so knowledgeable on the services & products, and are always nothing but kind. They are able to answer any question one may have, & will help one leave feeling so confident! They offer so much more than just tanning beds, but also spray tans, red light therapy, skin hydration & sauna pods! I have been visiting GloTanning for almost a year. I love the staff! They are always so kind and helpful! They explain their spa equipment thoroughly! I normal get a spray tan in the Versa Spa and it is perfect! I have been asked many times about GloTanning and I ALWAYS highly recommend trying them out!
Love this place. Very clean, friendly, beds are high-end and well maintained. Spray tan is super easy with great results every time. Love their "Perfect tan in a hday." Amazing what all you get for the price. Hands down the best in Springfield!

Completely unacceptable up charging people after already giving them a total one time to get to continue to add one to add one to add on while aggressively pushing sales to older people with a misleading knowledge isn't OK now holding my funds when i havent used the service sickening scam scam scam cut to the point

I walked into Glo Tanning a month ago to cancel my membership due to not having employment any longer. The girl at the front desk said that she would be able to make a note on my account and forward to the Manager and she would be able to cancel my membership. I just looked at my bank statement, and they took out another payment, after I gave a 30 day notice.
