We had a very good experience with Blake who did our home inspection. My husband and I bought our first house and Blake did not make it confusing at all which was nice as the first time buying a house is already overwhelming as it is. He took the time to go over everything and was very thorough in his explanation and findings. I would very much highly recommend GPI to anyone in the future for sure!
