Due to my financial situation, I called to cancell my insurance. However, the lady in retention understood my situation and offer me a different policy with less coverage and a monthly payment more affordable. She took the time to explained to me and made the cahnges, so I woulnd't canlled. Unfortunately I don't recalled her name, but she was very polite and courteous.
