Very good customer service. Accurate and professional.
Stephanie was great! was able to look up my other accounts and set up newest one. You should consider making these reps a one-stop shop though, I wanted to change beneficiaries on other accounts, I have problem with billing, and she said customer service would have to help me. She transferred me and after 30 min waiting, I hung up, problems unresolved. Would have been nice if Stephanie could have taken care of all my needs.
