The person I talk to got right to the point made easy and simple and the rate was perfect I will be recommending thanks for everything!
First call I was put on hold. No one ever answered and then the survey questions came on. Naturally I was negative. Next call after a brief hold I was connected to a very lovely and helpful woman who answered all my questions with courtesy. That time I didn't take the survey. I hope she gets credit for her efficiency and kindness.

Once I got to speak with a representative, it was fine. 3.5 minutes of listening and responding to menu options before I was placed in a queue to wait for a rep. Sometimes we just KNOW that our needs require speaking with someone. Why must it be so difficult?
