The young lady who assisted me was very approachable, professional, knowledgeable, patient, understanding and she knew how to quickly diffuse what could had been a very fused situation due to how I was feeling at that time. But she was awesome as she remained very calm and professional, never did she come out of character- she didn't add more fuel to the fire, and by her remaining calm and professional it allowed me to calm down, to listen to her explanation to resolve my issue.

I feel like your service when it comes to filing a claim isn’t very good. When my father and father in law passed.. all we had to do was call it in. Their insurance company took care of everything. They called the funeral home got what they needed. The money was in the bank just days later. I feel like this should be an easy process for people. It’s already a tough time. We shouldn’t have to jump through hoops. You should do the work.
