I had all my questions answered and the person I talked to was very polite.
Lengthy but good. I needed to change autopay account number and address. First representative said address change needed to be made first and would need to transfer me to a service representative who could take care of both, making wait time longer. Not sure why Kathy couldn’t do both. But second representative did take care of me very well.
Agent was very friendly professional, knowledgeable and friendly.
