My question / concern was not answered. However the young lady that assisted me was nice. I wanted to know when/if I would receive something stating my policy was paid in full. She did not answer that question to my satisfaction
I was in the process of getting a new apartment and they had questions and I didn't know the answers to them.Said we calls globe and we got all our answers.Very knowledgeable customer service.Very nice too thank you globe

I started out by having a separate policy on all three if my children. Then as they grew older and got jobs and life insurance through their jobs, there was one that I keep up payments on though even after he was of age to own the policy. I was always treated with respect and they always helped answer my questions if I had any concerns. I felt safe and protected with you company. And believe your company is very honest .
