After I completed the first survey I received an email with information that corrections were made to my accounts. Mt goal for contacting Globe was accomplished. I suggest that the reps who answer the calls be trained on how to speak customers —-tone and volume of voice matter.. Accurate account information information matter. The young man and the last lady rep I spoke to represented Globe well. The other two reps—-not so much.
After my third call, I received the beneficiary form I had requested. Thanks to the third lady!
