My mom has to get on Medicaid in order to pay for her home care needs. So we have to get her assets down to a certain level. Since her life insurance policy was considered an asset, we had to surrender it. The customer service representative was so kind, helpful and understanding. He collected the information promptly and we received her check when he said it was supposed to arrive. Thank you for your help in this difficult time for our family.
