If you are looking for a place with true growth and a great atmosphere, look no further. I know there are a lot of bad insurance agencies out there and plenty of scams to go around, but this agency is absolutely the best in the industry. I left a 5 year career in Law Enforcement to come here and I do not regret it at all. The work life balance is the best you can ask for, the culture is amazing, we get to truly help people, and as a bonus we make good money to do it!
I have been working for the Violand agency for roughly a year now and it’s been a breath of fresh air. The atmosphere and structure along with a great group of leaders has really made me fall in love with this place.
I love working for the Violand Agencies. It’s been an amazing experience thus far and I cannot wait to keep growing with the company. Amanda is a fantastic leader and the culture in the office is extremely uplifting!
