My poilicy reveuw with Tristian Haynes was one of the easiest that I've done in a while. I felt like I got a good amount of information regarding my policy and what that means for my family. Usually I dread these meeting as it's hard to find time in my day for them but this was actually very helpful and while I didn't go with a suggested policy upgrade , I felt well informed on my policy and confident when im able to I can call tristian to upgrade.
Arnoldo Medina was incredibly helpful well informed n helped me make the right decisions that fit my situation well. Very competent
Brian was courteous and asked me at every stage of the conversation if I had questions. His questions to me were based on assessing my needs and took his time in explaining the product features and benefits. He listened and would offer alternatives as needed. Very professional and understanding.
