Work is mediocre but customer service could use a lot of help.

Terrible Customer Service. Can't reach anyone, Always put on hold for at least 30 mins, just to be told no one's available. Unreliable tunes & major part fitment issues.

My college student ordered a black interior in October 2016 to install over Christmas break for his Audi. We were told that it was a new interior. It was very expensive and my son spent most of his summer earnings on it. He spent all of Christmas break installing it only to find it was not a new interior and not everything needed to install it was included. My friend placed 2 oderes from them. On the first part, 4 days after his order was complete, GMP requested an additional $100, saying their website was incorrect. On the 2nd part, after a week, and 3 emails requesting shipping tracking information, he has not heard back. They either have terrible customer service, or are a complete scam.

Bad customer service by Max@gmpperformance.com, Looking to replace some small parts but guess he's to busy to handle small stuff.. Can't even reply with a simple NO we can not get the parts for you as an answer after 2 email follow up and 1 call (initial call). To: GMP, if your guys handle small task how are customer going to invest in you for big project builds..
