I’ve been playing at Goals Reading for a long time, but my recent experience was shocking. On 6 September 2025, I made a formal complaint about safety and service issues after the lights were switched off two minutes early, leaving our pitch in complete darkness. Instead of a professional response, we were treated rudely — while nearby British customers were spoken to politely. My son loves playing with his friends here. We know they are safe and staff are helpful.
We are first time users for my son's 7th birthday party. The whole time we were there it was really great. Hot and cold drinks available to parents who stayed, party food was great (the kids loved it!) Coach AJ was the perfect combination of chatty mixed with whistle-blowing coach when the kids threatened to wild! We had one allergy/intolerance in the party and he was catered for without fuss.
