My case was handled smoothly and promptly at the Dallas location. Thanks to my case manager Christina Kennedy, she helped me to get scheduled with all of my doctors appointments. Thanks to Tiara Woods, she worked in the intake department and she gathered all of my medical records and medical bills and submitted them to my negotiator. Had the nicest and polite person I have spoken with in a long time for any matter.Ryou Chun was very helpful and extremely informative. She was patient with me while I gathered my information. She walk me through step by step of their process inform me of locations that could help me and even asked about my well being. Hope to never have to go through an accident again but no I will gladly call this law office because of Miss Chun.

Nik Cheairs gave me a call a few days ago and went over my case in great detail. He thoroughly explained what medical bill were issued, time frame of my case closure as well as the negotiation process to me. Lord forbid if I get into another car accident but if I do, I know who to call.
