Kyle was one of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. When picking up the motorhome he went over everything that was repaired. One item was not right but he would not let me leave until he corrected it. It was the only thing he had not repaired. I would highly recommend Outrig and if Kyle works on it you can bet it was fixed right. Five ⭐
Went to the Warren shop back in September and was impressed with the local team. We had a few repairs done but ran into a small problem. We ended up with a diesel leak on our Aquahot unit and we reached out. We were told to bring it back in when we came back south. Unfortunately the shop was closed down and no information was left behind. We had to dispute our last service CC charges to finally get a response. We had an emergency bolt tighten and the team stopped during their lunch to help us out. You just don’t see that kind of customer service any more. Thank you so much for being there for us. If you ever need service this is the place to come.
Mike from goHomePort was very amazing with communication. Our trailer broke down literally in front of the building. He could have told us that we would have to have it towed, but his great customer service worked it out for us and he got to the repairs as early as possible. Would definitely recommend for your trailer and RV Repair needs.
