Mike from goHomePort was very amazing with communication. Our trailer broke down literally in front of the building. He could have told us that we would have to have it towed, but his great customer service worked it out for us and he got to the repairs as early as possible. Would definitely recommend for your trailer and RV Repair needs.
The whole crew at goHomePort were fantastic. Terrific customer service. Very thorough with explaining what needed to be done with our trailer. Picked up and Kyle was great. Walked around the trailer chatting about the work completed, preventive maintenance moving forward and even a few camping tips and tricks. Definitely found our RV spot moving forward. Happy camping!
This is the place if your RV needs some TLC!!! I had an issue with my furnace and struggled to find a reputable crew to care for my home away from home and GOHOMEPORT popped up in a last ditch Google search. Was told they couldn't help but offer towing services. We were at a gas station and the owner called a friend who came helped us out replaced the hose on our rv and off we were $75 and 2 hours later. Where as had we listened and towed it it would have cost us $1000's it disappointing.g how good service is so hard to find
Had a mishap with my popup last year. Was afraid I would not be able to get it back onto my truck because the hitch was too high. Spoke with Mike, he was great was able to send pictures of what needed to be repaired and he had scheduled a tech to come directly to my home to complete the repair. Kyle was right on time and was able to do the repair extremely fast. Hopefully I will not need any repairs in the near future but if I do, I will defiantly be calling them. All around great experience from start to finish.
