We just purchased a "new" Class A Dolphin and with it needs for repair. What a fortunate phone call made to Outrig in Smithville, Mo. Marcus answered and we felt immediate calm and assurance our rig would be in the best hands! Then we were introduced to our mechanic Brandon and found that the deal was sealed with his expert hands on the job and experience to back up all repairs he made. I took my motorhome there to be repaired. When I finally got it back, l found out Brandon resigned shortly thereafter. I took it up to my farm to see if the work was done. The only thing done was a fan put in my furnace. There's still a major waterleak"(that Brandon assured was fixed before he left) Also the refrigerator didn't get fixed as he said. Very disappointed in the experience with this company. Brought my RV in on the date I was told to. Two weeks later when I called for update they gave me a story about waiting on warranty approval, which turned out to be a lie. Then after 3 weeks when I called again they admitted that everyone had quit and it was going to be several more weeks before they might get someone hired. Went to pick up my RV to take it somewhere else for repair and it had been left unlocked on their lot and nothing done at all.
Had our RV with GoHomePort (now Outrig) management services, in Arizona. We left the program after about 16 months. They left our RV in poor shape with damage and a number of needed repairs. There was damage done to the seats, that we knew about. They will now not do anything for us, even though I have the emails from them stating they would take care of it at the end of our contract. We are so happy that we have found a great RV repair place. Marcus and Brandon took great care of us. They are knowledgeable, personable and timely. We will definitely be returning. Also, my husband and I have never been to a business that we felt more appreciated as a customer.
