My husband and I have lived here over three years. The personnel are wonderful. The food great, and all the retirees are friendly. We get tours to local places several times a month. Come see for yourselves.
RecommendedI lived there about three years before I had to put my wife in the Gold Country Health Center. Both facilities are the very BEST. My wife passed this past April 1 while at the nursing facility. What GREAT people. Love you all MUCH.
I can't even express enough how happy our family is to have our mom, Pauline McCann, living safely and happy there and to truly feel that Gold Country is now her home. The staff is very caring and attentive to her needs and it's nice to see her smiles returned. She loves it there and that is what's most important. Thank you to all of Gold Country's staff for your commitment to quality care.
I admit it... I work here, and I love it! The staff are wonderful, and the residents are like family. I'm so happy I found my way to Gold Country.

I do not recommend! Jill was wrongfully fired because she wasn’t Lisa’s friend! The food is horrible. No fryer or grill for about two months. The AC in the dining hall….broken! And now the units all look the same, boring! And don’t get me started on the horrible busing situation.
