First contact and appointment went ok, other than customer service told me they would come with the additional door bell that we wsanted installed. That did not happen. The technician evaluated the job and while it was a very high price, we hired them to get the job done. This company is very dependable and trustworthy. They came at a time of crisis and explained everything they were doing in great detail.
Did not know that the first visit was to estimate the time and cost of the repair. I would not have taken a day off. He came back the next day and did an excellent job.
The electrician was not so helpful on some of the aspects that I reached out about. He did replace a socket that had caught on fire recently.

Very professional and personable. Explained exactly what they were going to do, how much it would cost and why. I have an older home so I was expecting the worst and then pleasantly surprised when they didn't try to oversell me.
Job was done within an hour. Technician was very personable and explained all very thoroughly. Installed 4 Smoke/CO2 detectors replacing 30 year old units. Cleaned up the area after installing each unit. One issue - felt the price to install 4 units was quite expensive given the actual cost of each detector was probably $30-$35.
Took the list of inspection deficiencies and repaired them all quickly and efficiently. Picked up the keys from the Real Estate Agent so I didn't have to drive seven hours plus to be there. Invaluable. Repaired over and above the inspection list. Thank you
There was goo communication. My tech arrived on time. The fix was an easy one but I was glad he knew what to do. The only negative was that it was a bit more expensive than anticipated. I would use them again but budget accordingly.
