Based on the positive referrals on Crystal Lake’s Facebook site, I called Joseph on Monday morning who said he could replace the old faucet with a new one on the following day (Tuesday). Liberty Oak is a great company, they have helped me on a few plumbing projects and their prices are extremely reasonable and the service they provide is top notch.
We had several companies come to quote us for a repair on an outside sillcocks. All stated that we needed to cut drywall and put in a new unit. Liberty came for a quote and stated all we needed were some replacement parts and did not need to cut drywall. He spent the time tracking down the parts, ordered them with expedited shipping,and completed the job. We are thrilled with the service and expertise that Liberty Oak gave us! Highly recommend them!!
They came out today and fixed our water heater-Saturday-and didn’t even charge extra!!! Quoted us almost $300 less than the 1st guy we had out! Great service! Will DEFINITELY be using them!
