This is the only law firm I'd ever call if I were in an accident. I called them and they didn't handle my type of case but they didn't rush me off of the phone and took the time to talk to me and give me the name of a lawyer who could help me. It was really nice because you just don't get that kind of customer service anymore.
The attorney and staff were very professional and helpful throughout the process. I have referred friends and family that have also been very pleased with their services. They would be the only firm I call if needed in the future.
I want you to know that whoever it is that does your commercial on TV is the very most annoying and boring voice I have ever heard, it makes me change the channel to just not hear it.
GOLDBERG & OSBORNE SAT ON MY CLAIM FOR OVER TWO YEARS, NEVER CONTACTED THE INSURANCE ADJUSTER, AND FILED SUIT ON THE EVE OF LIMITATION STATUTE BEFORE CONTACTING AN ADJUSTER. THE INSURANCE COMPANY, BEING TICKED-OFF AT SUCH CONDUCT FAILED TO MAKE A REASONABLE OFFER THAT WOULD COVER BARE EXPENSES. THEN GOLDBERG & OSBORNE HAS THEIR "LAWYAHS" FILE FOR WITHDRAW OF CASES LEAVING CLIENTS' HIGH-AND-DRY!
