Overall the food here was JUST OKAY. Started off with Hot & Sour Soup which was no good—too bland—we had to ask for vinegar. Pork and Leek Dumplings were mediocre. For entrees, the Peking Duck (half duck) was good but the buns were too thick/too much dough and the Honey Walnut Shrimp was decent but was smothered in too much sauce. Beef Chow Fun was okay. Ma-Po Tofu was horrible—super bland, no flavor, not spicy, and lacked sauce overall—I don’t recommend this dish. Service was great, but food was disappointing.
This restaurant is inside Tropicana Casino. Restaurant is clean , staffs are friendly. There was awaiting time I guess due to the long weekend holiday. 45 minutes not to bad. The food was good fried rice good portion to share up to 3 people. Lo mein 2 people can eat it it was delicious. All the food we bought was good.
When you look from the outside you got the impression that the restaurant is hig however it's not. Anyway for the price the food is affordable. The appetizer for 2 consist of beef stay, coconut shrimp and dumping should have called appetizer for 3 cause each come 3 pieces. Delicious Chinese food!! Came here in June of 2023. It is located in the Tropicana casino. The hostess and our two servers were absolutely super kind, friendly, fast, attentive, and helpful. One of the servers names was Wing. I missed the names of the two ladies. No wait time to be seated, orders and drinks taken within minutes. Food arrived quickly too. Nice quiet Chinese restaurant in the Tropicana AC resort. Food was a bit overpriced ($12 for 2 egg rolls and $11 for a cup of Hot &Sour soup), but the dishes were prepared well and had a good flavor. It is a popular restaurant, so I would recommend reservations if you plan to visit this restaurant.
