We are highly satisfied with how our first experience turned out with their movers. Our valuables were wrapped with special care. They also fetched foam padding for our grand piano to secure it thoroughly and wrapped it in blankets from top to bottom. We were over the moon when everything arrived intact. Recommended!

We contacted them for our cross-country move a few months ago and the experience was fantastic. Our move coordinator, was a true expert at thoroughly planning and preparing. He considered everything and made sure each step of the process was budgeted for. Moreover, he also took care while having our possessions packed adequately by the movers so they’d arrive safely. Thanks to how he executed the move, we were stress-free the entire time and we received our things intact and on time. We cannot thank him enough!

This moving company goes the extra mile, literally! They offered to pick up some packing supplies for me on their way to the job. It saved me a trip to the store and a ton of time. And when they got to my place, they laid down protective runners on the floors to prevent any dirt or scuffs.

I had an emergency move due to the fact that I just was hired at a new company based in Massachusetts. I had to find a long distance mover fast so after searching high and low, I came across Golden Gate relocations. Of course I read the reviews and fact checked the company before deciding to use them. I've moved a few times, and I've never seen movers this organized. They had a checklist for everything! It was like a military operation but with friendly, smiling faces. They even had a checklist for making sure all the light switches were off before they left. No wasted electricity here!

I was especially worried about moving some of my family heirlooms, but the movers took extra care to ensure everything was packed safely. They used extra padding for my antique furniture and constantly reassured me throughout the process. Everything arrived perfectly intact, and I couldn’t be more grateful for their care and professionalism.

When I needed to make some last-minute changes to my moving date, the moving crew was really professional and cooperative. They also tried to manage my extra requirements. They carefully handled my breakables and wrapped my furniture safely on a moving day. We were grateful for the additional work.

Moving is usually a nightmare for me, because I'm doing it myself. This time was different and it’s all because Jim and his hard working team knocked it out of the park. These guys were treating every thing they handled like it was precious cargo. They left no messes behind. All I had to do was gives these guys a call and the rest they made look easy!
