Ordered a 24” red bow for my love ones casket, didn’t want the traditional flowers. The bow malfunction so last minute we decided to get one from party city. I asked for a refund and this is what I got in response. Basically she thought I was trying to scam her so she when as far as going on the fb page( how unprofessional) To say we did use her bow.
My mother shopped with this business for my cousins funeral . And the bow had a malfunction. So short notice we had to get one from party city. My mom contacted the president of the company to get a refund on the bow and she was told " I looked on your page to send condolences and I see a bow on the casket that's our bow " CORRECTION! it was party cities bow never THEIRS!!! Editing review to add: I was contacted by the owner Kimberly today requesting that I remove my negative review. When I told her I would not she then stated no one would believe my review because she was a BBB Torch winner and won other awards. She then informed me that not 1 but 2 employees walked out on her without notice because her employees were "too lazy to work when the boss was away." I want to reiterate that the main reason for my negative review is due to the rudeness and lack of responses from the owner Kimberly. ... read more
