I also would give a zero if I could. They do not have good service hard to make appts or follow through when steps need to be taken such as referrals. They also cancel often or my doctor is away for weeks to months at I time leaving me high n dry. They are irresponsible about making sure to write prescriptions properly or not at all. Some of these meds can have life-threatening consequences if not done properly. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a freaking joke! I can't believe the way I'm being treated because they made several mistakes and they don't want to fix it. If you can avoid going here I highly recommend finding another doctor!

I left my purse in the exam room. I left to the bathroom and so did the Doctor's assistant. I went back in the room where the Doctor's Assistant was surprisingly in acting frantic and nervous. My purse was wide opened and so was my wallet !! I've been a patient at GVHC for 2years. NOT ANYMORE! Nothing was missing but GVHC's employee was attempting to steal from me. I just came back into the exam room fast. At the MODESTO, CA clinic.
I used to work here and I have to say, one of the worse experiences in my life. Unbelievable, staff doesn't care about patients. They only care about themselves. Golden Valley isn't what it truly represents. Pay more, but get better service
