I never feel I’m visiting a doctor’s office when I go to see Dr. Rosanna Troia. I feel like a member of her family who just happens to be a patient. Her very personal attention to the smallest detail involved with making each visit a pleasant experience is a welcome relief from the factory like atmosphere I get in many doctors’ offices. Each time I leave, it’s with a smile on my face and satisfaction with the results of whatever brought me to the office in the first place.
Even before the first visit, Patria looked into my insurance issues and called back within a day. My appointment was on time. Dr. Goldsmith was kind and attentive to my questions and thorough with his explanations. He invited me to email if I had further questions. Of course as soon as I left his office, I did have another question and will write. All reassuring.
Professional, efficient and friendly
I saw Dr. Ruff & it was a very good & comprehensive visit. Dr. Ruff was very courteous & highly professional.
Dr. Howard Goldsmith is a gem. He is extremely personable, caring and experienced in his field. I trust him implicitly. He is an intelligent and accomplished podiatrist. I would recommend him to anyone and I already do that.
