Jimmy was great. It was a very rocky start! I went to Golf Mill Ford to test drive a Mach E. I set an appointment in advance. When I got to the dealership,it was like the person I made the appointment with didn't exist. Someone else met with me (I think he was new?). We got into a Mach E and I started asking questions. The minute my family stepped out of the Uber car, Mark was the first thing to approach us. I told him that I was deaf, and Mark told us to come and follow him inside the building.
