Spoke with Ken on the phone and then went to the dealership to see what my options were purchasing a used car. Ken showed me a few different cars and SUVs and the Volkswagen caught my eye. I took it out for a test drive and I made up my mind. Ken made the experience smooth from start to finish. Wes Polo worked on the finance portion and was very helpful in clarifying the terms.
