I had purchased a a brand 2020 Ford Explorer. I was told it was never used or demo. I take the vehicle home to show to family and friends when there was a crack in the bumper that was covered up with putty and factory paint. You actually had to be close to see it. I had to talk to my sales man and a manager in order to get it fixed. They claim that no one had used the vehicle and that it was not a demo even though there was 250 miles on the vehicle.
